With nearly 20 years of legal experience, Ben Hammond practices in the areas of business and real estate law with a focus on construction law. He has successfully prepared and negotiated agreements to develop, buy, sell, lease, and manage real property, as well as counseled on all aspects of business and construction law.
Justin R. Wheeler assists clients with all types of real estate, construction, and business law matters. He represents clients in matters ranging from complex real estate transactions – including sales and acquisitions for cash, on land contract, and with seller or traditional lender financing – involving real estate ranging from single family residences to large commercial properties.
